What is Toxic Funding?
Launched in 1998, the Toxic Substances Research Initiative (TSRI), was a $40 million program managed by Health Canada and Environment Canada. The four year programme sunset as of March 31, 2002 and research sponsored by the programme has been completed. The Initiative reinforced the federal government's commitment to enhance the health and environment of Canadians, through funding a variety of research projects on toxic substances.
The research funded by the TSRI helped to protect the health and environment of Canadians by gathering an improved knowledge of toxic substances, and their adverse effects.
TSRI enhanced existing research partnerships and fostered the development of new collaborations between non-government and federal government researchers, by focusing on emerging issues not adequately addressed by existing research.
Canadians benefited directly from this investment as it strengthened the government's capacity to protect their health and environment in a socially and economically responsible manner.
Guiding Principles of the Initiative
The Initiative supported scientific excellence and federal public policy objectives by:
Contributing to the protection and preservation of human health and the environment for current and future generations of Canadians;

Building increases economic stimulation encouraging population growth. Without growth you can not have population increase. With more jobs comes more need for schools , police, fire, and some.... housing. First things first , you need a strong economic structure to help population increase but its how you do it. Righteous growth is the type that comes from economic stimulation without income from " SAVINGS " I guess this is my pet peave I guess large wealths that put a person on the hook for a unrighteous income. Its like saying yah steeling is ok, but we all know help is needed then people should do it the right way not the wrong way.

It has come to our attention that criminal networks are using FINTRAC's
name to attempt to collect fees. This type of fraud is often part of a
large advance fee scam. In order to better inform the public of the
risks posed by this type of fraud, FINTRAC would like to clarify the
following points:
Fintrac DOES NOT charge fees of any kind.
There have been requests to pay fees to release funds that have been
frozen by FINTRAC, or the issuance of clearance certificates. Such
requests should be treated with caution. FINTRAC DOES NOT charge fees.
FINTRAC DOES NOT freeze or seize funds.
FINTRAC DOES NOT issue clearance certificates for any reason.
The Canadian Government DOES NOT issue clearance certificates for the
purpose of clearing funds under the Proceeds of Crime Money Laundering
and Terrorist Financing Act. There is no government agency in Canada
that issues such certificates for the purpose of clearing financial
transactions for anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing.
If you suspect that you are the subject of this type of fraud, please

In YSC's view, the broadband carriers should charge google and Yahoo double until these to fuckers are gone for good since they create nothing and just siphon money off the net since PPC is a failed business model and doesn't work. Broadband carriers should be allowed to use their market power to control google and Yahoo's activity online. Today net neutrality of the Internet is not acurately charing google and yahoo via broadband carriers for their access and we want Congress's permission to determine a larger toll that google and yahoo must pay to use bandwidth (twice the residential average per megabyte is a good number) so that you are first and fastest. Put simply, this would fundamentally alter the openness of the Internet allowing free riders like search engines just collect more money for doing fuck all as usual as these squatters like google and yahoo exist providing no real service to internet users .
