Blogger Steals Google Adsense Account Captured
Google AdSense Account belonging to long time blogger Mark Schetchner was stolen and now recovered saying to have generated over 100,000 in AdSense dollars per month. The attacker had hacked Mr. Schetchners Google AdSense account and redirected the Google direct deposit to his bank account in the cayman islands. One deposit said to have been 123,000 dollars was said to been deposited in the AdSense thief " Allan Sezwick " which is currently awaiting trial in a Florida prison.Allan Sezwick was involved in similar cases and currently under investigation for altering computer systems in the US and Canada and modifying the "NO FLY" list used by the authorities. At this time Mr.Sezwick was reportedly involved in more than 100 computer related offenses ranging from identity theft to data theft.
The Google account that was stolen was a 1,000,000 unique visitor website that was compromised and Google Officially stated that this would never happen again and appears the attacker somehow capture the password from the victims computer and not bypassing any of their security measures.While enforcement agencies are working together to recover the money it has been most difficult in most cases when a offshore account in the cayman islands has been involved.
and the chances of this incident Google AdSense officially stated that this was a isolated incidentoccurring was slim to none if not impossible with the current security in place. Stating "Its harder to make $100 dollars a month now than winning the lottery. "
